Why isn't my key fob working at the pool?

Reasons why the key fob will not work:

  • Key fob not properly configured resulting in the reader returning a Red light.
  • You have unpaid annual dues resulting in the reader returning a Green light then turning Red.
  • Your Key fob was reported stolen or lost.
  • Trying to access amenities before or after scheduled hours.
  • Trying to access the pool out of season.
  • Trying to access the clubhouse without fulfilling the rental obligations.
